As per Wikipedia "The expression "pay it forward" is used to describe the concept of asking that a good turn be repaid by having it done to others instead". But what does pay it forward mean to you or better yet when was the last time you paid it forward? Every day we all have the opportunity to create happiness in our lives and also create happiness in the world. It doesn't seem like doing something small for one person would make too much difference but you never know what other people are going through. Something so simple as picking up a piece of paper that was dropped or opening the door for a struggling mother, elderly person or making someone smile, laugh or relax can impact a person's day and maybe even their life.
